Completed in 2017, this existing Penrith home was stripped back and remodeled. The builder added a second story, a beautiful infinity glass edge pool and extra bathrooms. Our team ran new sewer lines under the building to accommodate the upgrades, and upgraded the hot and cold water system to keep up with the extra demand.
