Hi Flo Plumbing Terms & Conditions

Payment is due in full, and on completion of works by the client.

No warranty is given for the clearing of tree roots or other blockages from sewer lines (either through water jet blasting or plunging). Tree roots in pipes and/or regular blockages indicate broken, cracked, collapsed or dislodged pipes. We generally recommend these damaged pipes be replaced. If no rectification action is taken by the client to replace the damaged pipes, no warranty is offered. This is due to the condition of damage pipes being out of our control. If a broken pipe is cleared of tree roots, then the problem will generally occur again and within 12 months.

Approving our quotations are an acceptance by you (the Client), of all the terms, sums, allowances, payment terms and all other conditions outlined and stated in the quotation. The quotation and the terms binding it, are not negotiable before, during or after the moment work commences. Please make sure you have read through and fully understand our terms, conditions and sums specified in the quotation, as it is legally binding.

Hi Flo Plumbing Pty Ltd reserves the right to apply compounding late fees to overdue accounts at their discretion.

Hi Flo Plumbing reserves the right to pass on the following fees/charges to the client for payment, if the client does not pay their account:

• Debt recovery fees/charges
• Legal fees
• Court costs
• Solicitor/Legal representation fees
• Damages/Losses
